A - light gold in color - almost more like a pale lager. Very light carb.

S - Not much in the way of aroma. Slight earthy grass.

T - Not good. There's a good amount of bittering at the front end, but there's a strange soapy flavor that adds to the mouthfeel. Very strange. No hop flavor to speak of.

M - Too little carb makes for an odd mouthfeel and taste.

Overall not great. I was expecting more from the new brewer. I can't tell if the beer overall was watery or if the carbonation was off.

A- Pours a dense white inch tall head that has ridiculous sustainability. Medium golden colored body. Nice clumpy drink by drink stap lacing as well. Gets the rare 5.0 from me.

S- Smell is a little subdued. Bright floral hoppy notes, almost grassy.

T- Clean. Notes of grass, grain. Small floral hop kick at the end of each sip. Drinks about 4.5ish%abv, nice sessionable brew here.!

M- Medium mouthfeel, good carbonation.

D/O- Drinkability is huge. I believe both pale ale and even adjunct lager fans would approve. Recommended if you're traveling back home two hours away and you've already had a 7.2%abv IPA. Consider me impressed Grumpy Troll!

This ale is light golden in color with a moderate white head with a bit of lacing. The aroma is very inviting, lots of spicy and citrus hops. The flavor is much like the nose, quite hoppy, spicy and lemony citrus. The hop bitterness is moderate, but the hop flavor is front and center in the this beer. The body is medium and carbonation moderate. Overall a nice burst of hops in the nose and on the palate, with moderate bitterness, certainly sessionable, my favorite of the hoppy offerings sampled.
