Pours a golden honey brown, slightly hazy. The cream colored head is big and pillowy and slowly settles into a puffy cap with some webby lacing on the side of the glass.
The aroma has a light toasted grain scent; a touch bready. There seems to be a hint of tart lemon. Not bad but nothing exciting.
The taste is of a bready malt. Some toasted notes. A light sour note. Perhaps from lemon perhaps from something other. General fruitiness and grassy hop notes. Kind of reminds me of an English pale ale.
Moderate feel with tingly carbonation. Good balance between sweet and the grassy bitter finish. Drinks well.
A very average brew, kind of boring. It drinks well but doesn't really remind me of a summer ale.
