Bought a 0.33l bottle of this at Liebick near München and quaffed it in the Burggarten in Rothenburg o d Tauber on 25SEP15.
It was a nice, muted mahogany/chestnut hue, with a touch of cloudiness. Head was tan and thin, just a light covering, with minimal lacing. Aroma consisted of inviting clove, caramel and some choco, plus a hint of banana. It was medium in body, and a bit spritzy and prickly, but to style.
Tasted of very solid choco, clove, caramel and banana. Also came through with some earthy and floral hopping at the finish. The choco and clove were quite tasty. Good stuff! Zum Wohl!
