This is a small place, but I don't think you'll be disappointed if you visit. It is in an older part of Lille, in a neighborhood of small stores and streets.

Atmosphere: Small cozy store, not very well lit but clean, well stocked, and it might remind you of a study - all wooden shelves. A combination of french and US R&B was playing when I went in.

Quality: Very nice selection of local beers as well as a huge selection of Belgian and a few select UK craft brewers (Brewdog section). Well known names as well as lesser known (but highly rated) names on the shelves as well. There also is a liquor section - which I found to be a lot of top shelf scotch, whiskey, and liqueurs.

Service: One person manning the store, didn't come over to bother but didn't nag or stare at you either. Can't really say much on this point - certainly polite to a person who spoke no French anyway.

Selection: See comments on quality - certainly not a huge selection (only a small store), but well stocked and many choices from the different brewers available. The specialized glasses for many of the brewers were available as well - displayed next to the bottles from each brewer. Trappist beers included Achel, Orval, Chimay, La Trappe. Nice selection of lambics and gueze (cantillon, lindemans, boon), Duvel, Samisclaus, Carolinus....too many now for me to remember. Small dedicated section to Brewdog in the back - about 2 shelves/cubbyholes worth. I could easily have spent an hour in this place looking over all the bottles.

Food: Didn't sample, but local choices are available here. Mostly cookies, jams, etc.

Value: I paid 17 Euro for 3 750mL bottles in a mixed sampler pack. I think everything is a bit more expensive in Europe, but I think for what I got, the prices were quite reasonable.
