Served on tap into a shaker glass.

A- Poured a very pale golden color, pretty clear with lots of visible carbonation, white soapy head left minimal lacing.

S- Big coriander and very light citrus.

T- Big coriander, some salty notes, and light citrus notes.

M- Pretty watery, low carbonation, light bodied.

O- A pretty pedestrian witbier. I love the style, but this one did not have much going on. Overall, it was pretty one dimension with very little citrus notes. (468 characters)

I wasn't planning on stopping by, but while walking along the HR waterfront, I noticed Pfriem just there, and on my way back, I had to stop by.

Hazy pale yellow with a dense white head, good retention and nice lace. Nose has a nice refreshing spice character with a mild coriander note and some yeast. Faint sulfur characteristic is present (I noticed this in multiple beers, and I swear, my hands were clean), some phenols are also present. Palate is crisp, fruity, mildly sweet with mango and orange. Touch of sulfur gets in the way of an enjoyable palate. Crisp and refreshing, this has a nice finish with mild spice and fruit. (631 characters)

I had this on tap in a pint glass at the Taphouse Grill in Seattle.

Appearance: cloudy yellow hue with a nice layer of creamy head that sticks around a good amount of time. I like it.

Smell: wheaty with pretty strong spicing. The quantity of orange peel almost gives this beer a sour aroma. Interesting.

Taste: frankly the spicing is a little overdone for my taste and the balance is thrown off. A little less orange peel would do this beer wonders.

Mouthfeel: super duper creamy with a medium body and good carbonation. Splendiferous!

Overall: a decent beer in many ways, the quantity of bitter orange throws off the drinkability for me. (647 characters)
