Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a very pale golden color, pretty clear with lots of visible carbonation, white soapy head left minimal lacing.
S- Big coriander and very light citrus.
T- Big coriander, some salty notes, and light citrus notes.
M- Pretty watery, low carbonation, light bodied.
O- A pretty pedestrian witbier. I love the style, but this one did not have much going on. Overall, it was pretty one dimension with very little citrus notes.

I wasn't planning on stopping by, but while walking along the HR waterfront, I noticed Pfriem just there, and on my way back, I had to stop by.
Hazy pale yellow with a dense white head, good retention and nice lace. Nose has a nice refreshing spice character with a mild coriander note and some yeast. Faint sulfur characteristic is present (I noticed this in multiple beers, and I swear, my hands were clean), some phenols are also present. Palate is crisp, fruity, mildly sweet with mango and orange. Touch of sulfur gets in the way of an enjoyable palate. Crisp and refreshing, this has a nice finish with mild spice and fruit.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a very lightly cloudy pale yellow color with less than 1/4 inch of white head that had low retention and decent lacing.
The aroma was a nice example of what to look for in the style. A bit of grain, a bit of citrus, some yeast spice, all combined to give an attention grabbing scent. The flavor profile was very good as well, everything you look for, very well done. Start with the smooth malts, get tickled a bit by the spice and yeast, and enjoy the quenching dryness.
The body was good, appropriately smooth, nicely even, and with a very clean finish. Drinkability was excellent, you could easily have several of these in a row, and enjoy every drop. Overall, a very good example of the style. If you're a fan of Wits, you're going to like this beer a lot. Certainly worth your time if you see it, and worth heading to Hood River for.
