Pours a bit of a hazy brown-red, with a thin, fizzy off-white head.
Nose is just a bit hot, notes of berries and red fruit in the nose (strawberries, cherries) alongside some tart, mildly astringent vinegar.
Taste is sour cherries, vinous, a very understated note of vanilla and oak. Sourness is light and only mildly acidic - clean, light notes of wet leather and acetic astringency. Sophisticated, no hint of alcohol.
Light in body, crisply carbonated.
Serving type: on-tap
