Interesting brew that I do not have much to compare to. Pours almost no head yet the carbonation was fairly balanced. The beer is very herbal, just a different kind of beer then I am used to. That said it was worth drinking.

Bottom Line: Expand your beer experience and give it a try.

Bright golden-yellow color, hazy appearance. Small cream-colored head that dies down fast, leaving a thin coating of foam remaining on the surface of the beer and lots of sticky lacing on the sides of the glass.

Wonderful smell - sweet citrus, mild malt with a mild spicy scent of sage. Very interesting. Made me want to drink the beer.

Taste starts off mildly acidic and citrusy, then progresses to a mild sage flavor and ends with a mild hoppy flavor and a dry finish. Decent flavor, and while a little unique there was nothing really special about it.

Light in body, but not thin. Lots of mild carbonation. Dry finish.

Overall I found this a well-crafted beer and I am glad that I tried it. That being said, I found it to be nothing really special - just a decent golden ale. While I would gladly drink another if it was served to me, there are so many better beers out there so I do not see me purchasing this beer again.

330ml flip top bottle. Pours a cloudy yet sparkling golden yellow with no head, almost wine like. Aroma and Taste is mild sweet herbal spices, light malt, slightly pungent yeast with light bitterness, some alcohol essence and tartness. Palate is a medium body, smooth, with light carbonation. Finish is sweet and bitter herbal spices, sage, Belgian yeast, some fruity notes, almost like a white wine. Overall an interesting brew that grows on you as you drink, a good after dinner brew.

Golden amber color with a very thin head with low retention. Some very small particles floating particles and gets cloudy in its last pour.
Quite yeasty aroma, Belgian kind. Notes of honey, herbal, kind of pine or juniper and rotten oranges and lemon. Not overly sweet, perfect for the style. A hint of Bretta soapiness.
Excellent taste that follows nose. A pleasant citrusy with some piney hops.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation, with a second fizz phase.
Awesome beer, I guess there are more than chocolates in the gastronomy space in Switzerland. A pleasant surprise. I found this under rated, not sure if my sample were rightly matured (it looked old though did not have an expiration date), or I am getting used to funky beers.
