Not entirely sure where this bottle came from when we were drinking up at Tim's in Portland, ME. Think Tim broke this one out at the tasting. Or Xenon, one or the other...review taken from notes:
A - Poured into a Duvel tulip a nice cloudy straw hue with a good fluffy two finger head that faded to leave a nice thick blanket and solid side lacing. Glorious.
S - Very pleasant. Fair amount of funky barnyard and sour lemon here. Super enticing.
T - Taste compliments the nose wonderfully. More of the barnyard funk. Big, bright sour lemons, however, not quite as pungent as the nose. Still, mighty tasty.
M - Mouthfeel is damn near perfect here. Bright carbonation that plays off the light sour sensation across the pallet. Stuff is crazy drinkable.
O - Overall just an awesome saison. Who'd have thought from Switzerland, and from the guys who gave us 'Jurassian Imperial Stout' no less! Incredibly well crafted, would love to get my hands on a bottle of this.

Thanks to Phyl21ca for sending this out west in a great trade.
A: Pours with four fingers of white microfilm head top a mirky apricot brew.
S: Tart green apples and pears with lemon juice and fresh green grass and meadow floral notes topped with a sweet amber honey.
T: Fruity and sweet with stone fruits of apricots and peaches. Tartness of lemon rinds and chalky minerals with a slight sour brett. There are some yeasts, but those seem to be over shadowed but the sour and tart.
M: Soft carbonation with a light body, supports the smell and taste perfectly.
O: Refreshing and tangy with just enough sweetness and chalky minerals to add depth to the flavour & smell. Enjoyable and drinkable, light enough to enjoy a couple of glasses in a sitting.
