750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy pale orange, almost yellow. No real head. Very thin collar.

Smell - Light lemony tartness. Yeasty herbal aroma. Some rum. Oak. Light fruitiness.

Taste - Bright fruitiness. Light tartness. Dry. Lemon and some stone fruit. Not much peach. Oak and some rum liquor in the back. A little bit of herbal flavor in the finish, too.

Mouthfeel - Medium body. Crisp. Nice tartness.

Overall - Not a lot of the adjuncts here, but it's still a great beer. (501 characters)

Poured from an unmarked bottled purchased at the brewery into two Ake Apothecary snifters. Pours a golden yellow. Smells funky with light peach notes and rum notes. Tastes starts off spicy and finishes with sweet peach. The right amount of tartness. Has a great mouthfeel with incredible bubbles. Leaves you wanting more. I don't give this 5 rating lightly however this beer stood up to my expectations. (403 characters)
