Bottle: Poured a light pale yellow color Gose with a large white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of lightly citric notes with some tart notes also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with light citric notes and alight lemony finish with a hint of smoke. Acidity is very low. Body is about average from style with good carbonation. Enjoyable and easily drinkable with some complexity.
