The fourth release in our Seduction Series, based on our popular cask. Mint and a touch of graham cracker infuses into our imperial milk stout, invoking notes of mint chocolate chip and a certain guilty pleasure in the form of a cookie.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic pastry stout! Tastes just like a girl scout thin mint cookie. And those cookies are obviously quite popular. Very enjoyable. Smells great. The taste is amazing! The mint and chocolate blend together very nicely. The 9% abv is very well hidden. One of the best beers I've ever had!

12oz canned 10-1-20, opened 12-27-20.
1 finger tan head with good retention, holds fast at 1/4" then down to a cap eventually.
Black stout. Light, spotty lacing.
Dark chocolate and mint. Graham cracker actually realized here. Nice work recreating the cookie in the aroma!
Spearmint dominates but is still mild enough to not overpower the dark chocolate and subtle baking spice flavor.
Cocoa bitterness, malt sweetness in the finish.
Medium + body with a smooth mouthfeel. The finish is impressively dry for this type of beer with multiple adjuncts.
Outstanding.

This is an excellent brew! Great mouthfeel - amazing aroma (thin mints and snowy forest) - satisfying taste.

Bought these bottle to go with a beer/whisky/food pairing meal. Part of the chocolate pairing near the end of the meal. Very satisfying!

10/10 would buy again.

I've been waiting to try this beer. I think it holds true to its description as it's basically a mixture of thin mint cookies, Graham crackers, and vanilla. There is a cinnamon taste to it that is a bit strong and I'd like to taste more of a thin mint cookie theme but it's not deviating from its description and it's great for what it is. I really like it. It's a little thin for a stout but not by much.
