This clean, crisp, super-drinkable brew is perfect for any occasion that brings people together. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Guns & Hoses Foundation of North Texas and The 100 Club of Central Texas, organizations that provides support for the families of fallen officers and firefighters in our community. Hear that? It's an all call to craft beer.

Appearance: Hazy, light golden body, with a large, somewhat coarse white head, which shows good retention.
Aroma: Fairly spicy aroma, with pronounced citric notes, a good bread malt presence, grassy hops, and a little mineral note, simple and pleasing.
Taste: Begins with a modest wave of grassy and herbal hops. As the taste progresses, there is a solid malt presence, and a little tartness and sourness, though quite mild. Toward the end of the taste, grassy and bitter citric hop notes prevail, though these are not at all overpowering. The taste is very well balanced and refreshing, with a slightly dry finish.
Mouth feel: Quite full and pleasant, with only a hint of carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: Really quite nice and drinkable, perhaps a bit more subtle than the typical German Kölsch, but good, and could be offered to non-craft beer drinking friends. In all, simple, and very good.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve-ounce aluminum can served in a South American-style Pilsener glass.

Very nice aroma of honey, and easy to drink. A bit peppery on finish.

Apple cider in color. Tried to create a head to describe but disappeared too quick. Nose is just beer, not much to describe. Taste is clean and clear with a bit of bitterness. Very floral aftertaste.

Copper pour, crisp in appearance, low head. Looks refreshing.
Smells like bready malts, some honey, light grain.
Taste is vey nice, and along the lines of the scent. Bread-honey, cracker/ malt, earthy.
Feels medium-thin and crisp up front, and with medium-high carbonation. Finishes mildly bitter and very slightly creamy, and with a peppery zest of some sort.
There's not much wrong with this beer! Refreshing!

Sharp and bitter like a pilsner with a floral malt finish. This is a solid medium flavored brew with enough flavor to keep me interested, but extremely easy to drink. It leaves a nice peppery flavor on the tongue.
