This one pours a very cloudy and light tan color, a bit of a dirty color compared to many other types of beer, more like a dirty iced tea. THe head is a light tan that is very thin and short lived with little lacing.
The nose is alcohol and malt with a hint of sour, grapes, bread and cardamon and apples. Interesting but not compelling and dominated by the alcohol and off balanced.
The taste also has a sour note that exists throughout eh palate.that is quickly overcome by alcohol and notes of nutmeg, coriander and bread.
The moutfeel is the most redeeming quality here with it being rich and full.
OVerall a rather disappointing selection that is off balanced and in need a scrapping. They should start this one over from scratch.

A: If I remember, a dark golden brown. (This was the other night...).
S: Pleasant honey spice aroma. Smells great!
T: Interesting. Honey, spice, clove, a lovely tartness, some citrus fruit. There is this mustiness to the beer that really makes it interesting.
M: Medium body with a nice carb bite.
O: Glad I got this on tap. Very pleasant taste and very original.
