Our flagship brew is a delicious red ale with a blend of rich, specialty malts that have been carefully chosen by our brewmaster, ensuring a robust flavor, without being overbearing. She’s perfectly balanced, and a real crowd pleaser!

Pours a beautiful amber red body, giving up a fluffy off-white head.

The nose is grainy and bready with a smidgen of caramel.

The flavor is all biscuits and and buttered toast followed with a mild hop bite.

The mouthfeel is light to moderate.

Overall a solid brew. I'm a big fan of this style and I appreciate every brewery that produces red ales.

Batch #1082
Canned on 04/16/18
08:50:55 BOTTOMS UP!

Dark crimson-hued amber, with a small head of off-white foam that sits on top in a thin layer. Cold pour, not too much sticking lace.

Definitely an older can, over 7 months old ... caramel comes out on the nose, but struggles to fight through the heavy malt presence.. it envelops most of the deducible aromas.

Again, a malt predominance. However, the hops and caramel fight through and have a nice balancing role in the flavors. However overall, with the major I’m getting being malt and a metallic finish, I’m gonna to ahead and say that this one shouldn’t be cracked open in the “late innings”.

Still got a decent mouthfeel, medium carb and a smooth finish.

On tap at the Nashville airport. Pours a pretty amber, and the aroma is a little bland. Good carbonation and a smooth blend of malt and hops. It's just fine.

Poured from 16 oz can into a Fat Cat pint glass. Jan. 2018 canning date on can. Batch #1004.
Nice reddish-amber colored body with an eggshell head that has good retention.
Hop forward aroma with caramel malts.
Flavor: well balanced and good complexity but not particularly harmonious mix of grains and hops. Spicy-earthy hops and caramel malts are most obvious, with more subtle rye.
