On tap at Vine Street; poured into a pint glass.
Appearance - more gold than orange; thin, creamy white head that leaves decent lacing.
Smell - definitely more English IPA with a malt profile slightly overshadowing the hops.
Taste - full flavored, but lacking a bit in hop character.
Feel - the finish is surprisingly hop forward bitterness which came out of nowhere based on smell and taste.
Overall - not bad at all, but as long as I can get the FYIPA, I'll lean that direction.

On tap at Mountain Sun (not nitro)
I almost always get their FYIPA for takeout but decided to do
the Illusion Dweller since it had been a long time since having it.
A true amber color with plenty of lacing and a fine light beige head.
Smell is all malt with a bready yeast aroma.
Massively malty, maybe because I'm used to west coast IPAs with dominant floral hoppiness. The malts are complex and you get them in the nose and both sides of the tongue. A nice alcoholic tang at the finish along with the excellent bitter.
This is another winner. I may start alternating between FYIPA and Illusion.

I had this on nitro at the Vine Street Pub in Denver.
Appearance: A hazy orange red color. One finger creamy looking head that leaves nice retention as the beer is drank
Smell: very sweet and bready malts followed by citrus and grapefruit and mango and pineapple.
Taste: creamy pineapple, mangos, grapefruit. Sweet malts and some bitterness towards the end.
Mouthfeel: creamy smooth, full bodied, low carbonation, and silky deliciousness.
Overall: they will be making thus beer on site here soon, but it comes from their sister brewery in Boulder. A nice take of an IPA on nitro. Very interestingly good.
