On nitro-tap at Vine Street Pub over lunch. Served in a pint glass.
A - The beer pours a deep hazy amber with a 1.5 finger thick cream head. Head has excellent retention and leaves a ton of lacing throughout.
S - Very earthy in hop character together with a hint of lemony citrus and some malty sweetness on the back end. I think the Nitro restricts a bit of the aroma however.
T - The beer starts with a good malty sweetness with a bready/toast flavor. The hops, similar to the nose, are earthy/grassy/citrus and mildly bitter. The bitterness lingers. Again, a little more refined on Nitro.
M - I found the nitro version to be creamy and smooth. Silky in texture. I think it works quite well.
O - I really think Kind Ale is better on CO2 than Nitro, but this isn't bad, it's quite good really. I just miss the aroma an flavors of the regular version.

Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of hops, hint of citrus, and slight sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of slight hops, hint of citrus, slight sweet malt, hint of grass, and a hint of oatmeal. Overall, great appearance, good feel, and body.
