Poured into pils glass:
Pours bright translucent golden with a rich, foamy white head that thins and stays, leaving patchy lacing.
The smell is floral and grassy with slight sulfur.
The taste is floral and grassy with some sulfur and a touch of salt. A honey-like sweet kiss balances it out. Finishes very dry.
It has a crisp, light-body. It's a refreshingly dry, classic northern German pilsner.

16oz can
Pours over a finger of white head into my Willi. Retention is outstanding. Lacing is solid. Body is golden yellow, crystal clear, with a heavy nucleation. A really nice looking beer.
Nose has some sweet malt, bread, honey, a little grainy. Hops are extremely faint, maybe some spice. Pretty mild and underwhelming.
Flavor has light malt come in first, some spicy hops. It’s less malty and a little more balanced than the nose, but not all that much bigger of a flavor. Still very underwhelming.
Carbonation is on the higher end. Relatively light bodied. Has a brief impression of sweetness, but finishes somewhat dry. Moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel Is appropriate.
Drinkability is good.
Overall nothing wrong here, but very boring.

My first review ever. So hear goes. Nice creamy head. Lasting lacing. No overpowering aroma, bready some what. Little skunky aftertaste. Dry.

16.9 oz cans from a 6pk into a Pilsner glass.
L: Pours clear medium-light gold color with steady carbonation bubbles, the head is shiny white and can be thin or 1.5" and frothy depending upon how it is poured, OK retention, medium-thick broken up lacing.
S: Very bready, grains, hay, yeasty bread crust, a hint of fruits.
T: Tangy fruits, apple, citrus zest, lime, has a steady resinous central bead in the center that is an axis. It is very lightly pale and is slightly full flavored. It is clean.
F: Crisp, medium-light bodied with a medium-length finish that is fairly drying.
O: Great balance btwx malts & hops here. Nice simple, pure clean tastes and has a nice lightly bitter linger. It is very good in its style.

Thick, creamy head with plenty of lace.....Clear gold look. Aroma is slightly bready. Taste is malty with a crisp, clean finish. A decent pils.

Look - clear, pale straw, great carbonation bubbles, creamy thick white head, great head retention, excellent lacing
Smell - bready, floral, herbal
Taste - bready malt sweetness, lime, hop bitterness
Feel - medium light body, moderate carbonation, crisp
Overall - Got this as a gift for my birthday and am pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The look is pretty impressive. Poured into a Pilsner glass and just watched a continuous stream of bubbles rise into the creamy white head. Head retention is excellent. I waited 5 minutes before I took my first sip. Taste is a refreshing barley malt sweetness with lime and some bitterness. Finish is crisp. This is a fine German Pilsner that pairs well with 99 Red Balloons by NENA.

Ooof, this one tastes of dish detergent to me. Not to my liking, and happy I only have a single. I'm working my way through the bottle, nearly finished, and just can't shake that soapy flavor. Undetected in the nose tho.
