Very smooth interesting taste. It was served ice cold and it had a very crisp, refreshing taste. No after taste and it cleared your palate. This is my first review on this site, so my description might be a little thin. Bottom line, you won't be disappointed if you like white or wheat beers. It is the Best White Beer I've had.

750ml bottle corked and caged poured into a Duvel chalice.
AP: Pale yellow straw colour with a 3/4" fluffy white head that fizzles down to 1/8". Minimal lacing on sides of glass, good head retention.
AR: Like sourdough bread, a bit of lemon and coriander spice, funky yeast, toasted cereal grains, a bit of tart apple and pear.
T: Very bready flavour, sourdough bread and fresh baked baguette loaf. Mild spices of coriander and pepper, but rather faint. The fruit I detected in the nose is also more subdued and more of a background to the breadiness. Yeasty finish and aftertaste.
M: Fairly crisp on the tongue, mild carbonation, off dry finish.
OV: This is definitely a food beer meant to accent certain dishes and styles of food. Can also be drunk on a hot humid Summer day or night and would be quaffable and somewhat refreshing. Just by itself if you're looking to challenge your palate, not so much. Certainly not a bad beer, but rather mild and tame and easy to drink.
