On tap at Claremont Craft Ales in Claremont, CA.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. A foamy latticework of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and slight grassy aromas. Taste is much the same with grain and grassy flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that is drinkable but fairly boring in my opinion.

The pour is a clear yellow color with a small white head. Mild grass on the nose along with touches of biscuit malt malt. A corn-like aroma and almost a mild menthol note, though that could have just been some ambient aroma in the tasting room. Mild yeast and just very bland overall. The flavor is moderately sweet with some corn and biscuit notes. There’s a fair amount of grain husk some straw, and light bitterness on the finish.
