The color of dark tea with a very generous head. Not much aroma. Very strong flavor of hips & orange, not bitter. Pleasantly surprised. Not very much alcohol but plenty of carbonation. Pretty good!

Poured into a Gavroche tulip. Pours a hazy caramel amber with a one finger white head with good retention and lacing. The name led me to believe this would have a red tone, but it is certainly more to styled exactly as it is. Nice aroma of saison yeast, light caramel malt, coriander, orange citrus, spicy and inviting.Flavor is semi-dry saison yeast, coriander, grassy hops, nice orange citrus and rind flavors from the blood orange. Medium bodied with good carbonation. The body is a bit light for a saison, but it covers the flavors well for the style. The blood orange is well integrated and adds a pleasant, unusual flavor to the farmhouse base. Without the orange, might have been a bit of a satisfactory, but underwhelming saison, but the citrus and citrus rind flavors made this a nice way to spend the evening. Not earthshaking, but a well made basic saison. Glad I tried it.

Bomber poured into my large Gulden Draak tulip, My Bloody Valentine is ruddy chestnut brown with a large, foamy off-white head that leaves big chunks of foamy lace.
Bought this a while ago (spring?), not sure how long ago, but I've kept it in my kegerator to try to keep the fruit from fading until I got around to it.
Smell is very nice dusty, pithy, fruity saison esters. Really liking the nose here, not too robust, but classic and alluring. Faint orange, as well as light, earthy hops.
Taste is similar, but much less of everything. This is a fairly faint, mild saison. Which is perfectly fine, but underwhelming, especially considering the flashy packaging. I suspect the orange has faded, as there really just faint orange peel bitterness and mild, fruity esters. No flaws, just underwhelming. This could be my fault, for aging it to long. But in fairness, even though I don't generally age fruit beers, or saisons, the wax seal implies potential to cellar well...
Mouthfeel is foamy, dry, and medium-light bodied.
Drinkability is fine, these is a light beer that goes down really easy. That said, there's not much too it, so I wouldn't go out of my way to find it again, unless I knew it was a fresh bottle, to see if it had more Blood Orange character.

Glass: Port City Belgian style Snifter.
Appearance: Perfectly clear, and ... brown. Just, brown. Off-white head, no lacing.
Aroma: Blood Orange definitely comes through, as well as some funky Wit type yeast, and slight ripe banana. I am liking this.
Taste: Funky Saison taste in the forefront, transitioning to very slight blood orange, and then quickly to banana / yeast sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium carbonation.
Overall: A delicious take on a saison. This is truly well done with the subtlety of the Blood Orange combined with a tasty saison funk. Nice!
