Pale amber pour with thin white head despite aggressive pour; little to no lace to mention; good clarity. Odd tart fruity lemon nose. Very sweet lemon candy flavor; whisper of clove, no spice otherwise. Medium lite mouthfeel, lite carbonation. Overall - Cloyingly sweet.

The flavor is very good. Smooth with a nutty/syrupy flavor. High alcohol content at 10.55%.

Appearance:
Bright gold near its outer edges and slowly turns into a burnt copper color near its middle. Its mildly hazy and filled with carbonation; there’s almost no head with an average pour. There’s no lacing, just a few random bubbles here and there. An aggressive pour will yield a thin white and dense head with some mild lacing.
Smell:
Maybe my nose was broken during this tasting but I couldn’t smell very, much at all, just a few malt notes.
Taste:
I was worried since I couldn’t smell much, but the taste is pretty good, spicy notes are the first thing I tastes followed by some citrus and grains.
Mouthfeel:
Light to medium bodied and crisp, smooth and very relaxing to drink.
Overall:
Smooth and great tasting, this is a good beer from Big Texas Beers
