This is made with the Sriracha hot sauce. The name comes from the New Englander's reaction to the NFL Commissioner Goodell's over-discipline of Tom Brady. Served from a cask.

Foamy and lasting head. Great, thick blanketing of lace on the glass. The color is deep light brown with a small bit of haze.

The smell is an interesting combination of the Sriracha, malt and bittering hop.

Cask conditioned, this beer is served warm. Brief toast-like malt flavor that succumbs to the ample hop and the mild heat of the Sriracha. The aftertaste is like Buffalo wings after a sip of beer. The body is rich because cask provides a low carbonation.
