Part of the wheat beers of July series--served into a tulip

Appearance: 1/2 inch head, moderate carbonation, orange-brown in color, hazy

Smell: big alcohol smell with some wheat

Taste: alcohol and grassy hops to start. Once the beer warms there is some Belgian spices, dark wheat, citrus, banana, and clove.

Mouthfeel: sweet start with a bitter middle and a less bitter end, medium carbonation and bodied

Overall: An average to above average weizenbock that gets better as it warms. The beer has some of the company taste of Beer Works. Not a bad beer and one that is worth trying once, but there are better in the style and at Beer Works. (654 characters)
