Avoid shopping here. Shelves are filled with old beers. They charge ridiculous prices on some things. $18-20 for gumballhead and zombie dust is nuts. Have absolutely no customer service, basically no knowledge on beer, and are sometimes just extremely rude. A truly terrible store.

Neighborhood place, as of 2015 this place upped the anti on their beer selections. That said, you should always be responsible and check dates. Some high prices for sure, but again , selection os getting big.

Stopped in here awhile ago, and it seems they have improved their selection more recently. The store is large, almost too large, and has that empty store depressing vibe. On a Saturday night, there was a line at the register to buy macro cases and tequila.

Beer selection is in the back, some cooler representation but more on the warm shelves. Found some obscure Polish imports here, and left with those. Full lines from staple craft brewers like Founders, FFF, Lagunitas, Dark Horse, Jolly Pumpkin, DFH, O'so, Pipeworks, Revolution, Tyranena, Victory, and more. Beermenus lists 600+ beers.

Service was limited the register, but no complaints. Some gougey prices on FFF, etc. Noticed some old dusty stuff so check dates. Parking lot was on the slightly sketch side, but not bad. Head down the road to Sals and Lunar for the best Villa Park has to offer.

Looks like a crappy liquor store on the outside, but has a solid line-up of coolers filled with microbrews and craft beers. They even have a little section where you can mix and match your own six pack. Great supply of everyday imports and domestics. Average prices. Wish that they had a better selection of Milwaukee and Madison area micros, but an impressive little oasis none-the-less.

This place looks like a crappy BMC store from the outside. I noticed that they had a wide selection based off of their beermenus listing that they seem to keep decently up to date so I stopped in today to check it out for myself. I left somewhat impressed. http://www.beermenus.com/places/4895-foremost-liquors-villa-park

They had a huge selection. Wall of coolers, long aisle of shelving, mix 6 rack. Some good prices (Rev Bombers $.50 cheaper, Brux $13.99, Lady of the Woods $17.99, Fantastic Voyage $14.99), some very bad prices ($24.99 for Parabola & Double DBA, Devil Dancer single $8.99). Unfortunately, a lot of the hoppys are way past their prime. All Day IPA from May, Double Jack from June to name just a couple. Although they had super fresh Lagunitas Daybreak.

Service is non existent. The owner asked unprompted if I wanted any Bourbon County, but at $6.99 a single I passed.

Overall, a decent spot to hit every once and a while. I'd say a better selection than Sal's just down the street. Just have to beware of freshness on hoppy beers.
