The hop flavor's big, but like life in New Orleans, we're taking it easy. Big Easy IPA is brewed with lemon peels and dry hopped with Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe for a hoppy aroma of citrus, fruit and pine. Easy to drink and just right for long hot days, steamy nights, parades, or a day on the river with friends.

12 FL/ OZ. bottle
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours pale yellow in color and is slightly cloudy. It is topped with two inches of eggshell head that leaves decent lacing.
I smell plenty of caramel malt with hints of citrus.
I taste caramel malt with some pine bitterness in the finish. It tastes like an average pale ale to me.
Medium mouthfeel
I am not a fan of session IPA's. This beer is nothing but a pale ale with an IPA label.

Pours a pale amber yellowish gold with frothy white head.
Fresh lemony citrus and pine with a nice floral bouquet.
Bitter lemon dominates with some pine and floral notes. Leans heavy towards bitter.
