A - This one is gold, slightly hazy, and has a one finger white head that dissipates quickly. Other than the haziness, this isn't all that brilliant looking, but it does have some nice lace.
S - Strawberry shortcake, Fruity Pebbles breakfast cereal, and swiss cheese. That sounds like an odd combination, but I really like the smell of this!
T - Again, Fruity Pebbles and cheese. Weird, but good. This is really a beer with some fruitiness....not a fruit-bomb wine cooler pseudo-beer. The strawberries are fresh and taste like they are chilled on top of pound cake. This tastes like a slice of apple smeared with some soft cheese like mozzarella. Attention all brewers, this is what a fruit beer should taste like...a good crisp lager first and foremost, with a hint of fresh fruit!
M - Thin and crisp, like a chilled apple. A good deal of carbonation makes this thirst-quenching and fresh. The finish is clean and crisp, and leaves only a hint of fresh creamy cheese and apple core in your mouth.
D - This is just about the best non-lambic fruit beer out there in terms of drinkability and plain old goodness. I like this quite a bit.

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass
A: Poured pale hazy yellow with fingers worth of head that settles to a ring with some spotty lacing.
S: First thing I'm is of course strawberry with a mix sweet vanilla upfront... Not much else but it works for this brew.
T: I'm getting wheat upfront with a hint of citrus, things turn sweet mid-palette with strawberry and vanilla. Finish is also sweet but a little more corny in the end.
M: Light with good lively carbonation and a clean finish.
O: Hey it is what it is.... a strawberry wheat and it is very good at being that. Worth looking for if you like the style.
