Pours a deep copper color with a rocky white head that leaves nice foam around the glass and settles to a thin film. Very clear with a moderate amount of bubbles flowing to the top.
Has mainly a grainy and grassy aroma with some sweet malt and some light pecan nuttiness.
The taste is very sweet up front with the pecans adding a unique flavor to it. From there I get the sweet malt with some fruitiness (mild apple and citrus) mixed in. It's mildly bitter on the finish.
Very light and thin with moderate foamy carbonation.
Overall it's a little bit too light on everything. It's pleasant enough and what's there is decent, but I really want more - more character and more flavor.
