12 oz bottle into a French Jelly glass. Best before 2/14/13.
A - Medium red amber, crystal clear, with a one finger, frothy off-white head. Real pecans have considerable oil content; it is impressive that this beer manages head formation.
S - Mild aroma of roasted pecans and faint coffee with cream.
T - Mildly sweet caramel with restrained pecan flavor. Slight roast that gives an impression of espresso. Very good.
M - Light body with mild carbonation.
O - A very good, sessionable pecan ale. This beer gets a bad rap for some reason I cannot identify. I'd drink it by the liter. In fact, I think I will.
