Tried this at The Friendly Spot in San Antonio.
A:It had a brown reddish hue with an off white bubbly head.
S:The aroma wasn't strong compared to other IPA's. It smelled like many other above average IPA's out there.
T:The taste, like the smell wasn't on the strong IPA side. This didn't have a bursting hop flavor. It was more on the tamed sided. The maltiness may have had a hand in that.
D:Very easy to drink.
Overall: this beer was like an IPA with a splash of brown ale. It wasn't a stand out IPA but it did have an enjoyable balance of hops and malt. The hops did not come out full force like other IPA's out there, but it was still good and I would recommend it to someone just getting interested in IPA's.
