A: Clear pale. Clean and golden. White head settles out relatively quickly, leaves thin cap over beer all the way to the end. Little to no lace, retention is fine.

S: Minty, slight citrus hop aroma. Very clean and pleasant smelling. Slight sweetness from malt, not all that apparent however.

T: Not that much flavor compared to smell. More hop aroma than taste. Honey like malt sweetness. Well balanced.

M: Carbonation steadily bubbles all the way through to the bottom. Not sticky, but flavor resides in the center of the tongue pleasantly.

D: Very well balanced and drinkable. Flavor is subtle, and carbonation is well diffused throught, making it nice and drinkable.

This best way to describe this beer is pleasant. It may not have any overarching features that make it stand out, however it is very balanced and subtle. This could easily become a spring and summer go to brew.

This pours with a radiant golden color and a dense thick white head. As with so many Anita beers the carbonation is intense and clings to the glass giving it a weaker appearance.

The nose is nice but light. Lemon zest, light malts, molasses, wheat and grain aromas are evident.

The flavor is good but not eventful. Light lemon, wheat, grain, tea leaves, even rice maybe but the flavors are too light to discern much.

The feel is very light and watery, a little dry but did I say watery?

It's better than some but falls short compared to so many Pale Ales out there.

Pours a cloudy golden orange with a 1/2 inch head that dissipates relatively quickly. Not much lacing is left along the glass as you finish it. The smell has a mild hoppiness with hints of citrus fruit cutting through. This beer kinda sneaks up on you. First few sips just seemed like a watered-down pale ale, but then I started to notice a subtle mango and honey in the taste. It's actually a very delicious beer -- perfect for a hot day outside in the summer when you want a beer with just a little bit of a kick to it.
