Notes/Commercial Description:
Restoration Pale Ale is made with Pale, Lager, Crystal and Cara Pils malted barley. It is liberally hopped and dry hopped with American Cascade and fermented with California Ale yeast. The end result is a brilliant gold ale with a rich body, mild bitterness and a snappy fresh citrus hop flavor and aroma.

I am a huge fan of all Abita brands.
I picked this up at Green Life in Asheville, NC.
An aggressive pour yielded a one finger head that receded pretty quick.
Hazy golden in color.
Not a whole lot of aroma with the beer. Smells a little bitter.
This is not a complex beer at all. Not very hoppy for a pale.
Extremely drinkable.
It is a clean beer that goes very well with pizza.
I will probably not buy a six of this again because I have so much to choose from but I have enjoyed this easy-drinking selection from Abita.

12-ounce stubby poured into a shaker pint glass yields a clear golden amber body capped with a finger of fine white foam that recedes to a ring leaving swatches of thin lacing on the glass.

Smell is malty and dry with a nice dose of grassy, herbal hops.

The taste matches the smell almost seamlessly. Dry, crisp, and malty up front, the drink is punctuated with spicy notes of herbal hops with a little grass and is finished by a nice clean bitterness.

Medium-bodied and crisp with a nice clean finish, the beer is very drinkable and refreshing.
