Real Louisiana Satsumas, golden wheat, oats and the finest barley create Abita Satsuma Harvest Wit. Pale and cloudy, like the haze on a hot summer day, this white beer has a sweet and subtle citrus flavor with a touch of spice that is cool and refreshing.

Poured into a snifter. Bottleneck says Best By 11/14/13
A- Pours a hazy dark golden color with a 1/2 inch white head that retains well before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and zigzags of surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves a thick ring behind on the glass.
S- Very yeasty wheat aroma with notes of orange and lemongrass.
T- Strong burst of yeasty wheat up front that gives way to a moderate sweetness and a slightly weak aftertaste. Very smooth, drinkable and flavorful. Zesty.
M- Plenty of snap with medium carbonation and a light body.
O- A very solid wheat beer that's fruity but not overly so.
