I had this while having lunch with friends at Cafe Brio in Springfield.
A - Purpley-red hue with a small tan head that goes away pretty quickly. Not much lace either. This is kinda flaccid looking in the pint glass.
S - Mild toffee malt notes with a hint of caramel too. Some gentle hops are barely there, and this seems to be sort of mild.
T - Easy going caramel malt and some gentle fruit flavors. Not much going on here...nothing offensive, but nothing interesting either.
M - Light bodied with quite a bit of carbonation and a neutral finish.
D - This is a below average amber ale that suffers from lack of character or real flavors. Not all bad...could be a good amber ale for a macro-lover.
