16 ounce pint at The Bulldog in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Poured dark brown with an adequate sized head with moderate lacing. Smell was not abundant but had hints of the vanilla, alcohol and malts. Taste was overwhelmingly vanilla and smooth like a vanilla milkshake. Also reminded of those vanilla cookies with white stuff between the two cookie sections. A maltiness was evident in the after taste. Because of the vanilla not much of the underlying original Turbodog. Although I love vaniila in my coffee and ice cream, it is too much of a novelty to have it in beer. It might due for an occasional change but not for a session beer. I would recommend it those folk who like vanilla or sweet beers.

16 ounce pint at Taco Mac in Canton, Georgia.
Appearance: Served up a dark brown body with a modestly-sized, off-white head that left a real malicious spider's den of lace on the way down.
Smell: Reasonably dark, sweetish, chocolatey maltiness with touches of caramel couple readily with the vanilla. A few sniffs in and it begins to remind me of Tootsie Rolls, specifically the vanilla Tootsie Rolls, you know, the ones in the light blue wrappers.
Taste: Easy-going, mellow opening of dark malts imparting tastes of chocolate powder, fire-toasted marshmallows, and simple caramel. Of course, there's the added involvement of vanilla, mingling well with the malty flavors. Slight nuttiness midway. Mild herbal touches from the Willamette hops and no more than a very, very dainty touch of bitterness. Lingering vanilla on the drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Lightly carbonated. Fairly soft, gentle mouthfeel.
Drinkability: I've always found the standard Turbodog to be a pleasant enough, if unremarkable brew. This is that beer with a nice little vanilla bump to it.

Cask at Taco Mac Metropolis in Atlanta.
Pours an almost opaque chestnut brown color with a one-finger tan head. The head recedes into a patchy layer on top leaving decent lacing.
Smells of smooth toasted malts with moderate amounts of vanilla. Also present are hints of darker, roastier malts with even lighter hints of light chocolate.
Tastes OK. Robust toasted malt flavors with hints of nuttiness kick things off. Joining in shortly thereafter are large amounts of vanilla flavors, stopping just short of being cloying. Near the end of the sip slight amounts of roasted malt flavors come into play before fading out into a sweet ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with soft carbonation.
Drinkability is also good. I finished my glass without a problem and could have another.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised after taking a whiff of this beer but the flavor just didn't quite deliver. A nice treatment for a decent beer but nothing worth seeking out.

Deep dark brown, with a nice beige head. Lacing is limited, but this is very nice looking.
Smell is amazing with the usual toasted malts followed by a deep vanilla and cocoa nib aroma. It was subtle yet dominating.
Taste is less than amazing with your usual suspects of tosted, deep malts and light hints of chocolate/coffee.
Light bodied, but very creamy and satisfying .
Nice, welcomed treat. High drinkability.
