Presentation: 12oz. brown bottle; "best if consumed before" warning -- in this case 8-24 -- printed aroud the entirety of the rear label's periphery; purchased as part of a ten beer "Summer Brews" sampler pack from Cost Plus for $7.99.
Appearance: Pours a dark, cloud, orange-brown; big, batter-like, snow-white head; not much in the way of lacing or head retention.
Aroma: Somewhat repugnantly -- and weakly -- of raspberries and grain.
Taste: Fairly dry; primary flavor characteristics are of raspberries and grain; faint hop bitterness in the finish; fairly light bodied with a somewhat crisp mouthfeel.
Notes: Two middle fingers up; would only redrink this under threat of force.
Serving type: bottle
