A - Poured into a pint glass it appeared a hazy orange with a two finger head
S - Aroma is hoppy, citrus and pine
T - Taste like the smell is hops up front. Citrus, pine then a hint of lemon. Spice and a balance of sweetness as well. Its lacking the over the top hops.
M- Mouth is on the lighter side. The pleasant bitter finish is the best part.
O - Its smooth and easy to drink for the hop heavy west Coast style IPA comparison. For the price I payed it would be worth buying again. The first one by Abita I recommend.

Nice light IPA. Pours a clear, bright copper/orange color with a big, slightly off white head. Good lacing on the glass and good head retention.

Aroma is good, some citrus and floral hops are recognizable/

Taste is good as well. Citrus and floral hops up front and some bready malt as a balance. This is not a West Coast hop bomb. The bitterness is quite apparent but is nicely balanced, The overall flavor is restrained and light.

Mouthfeel is crisp and bitter but much lighter than some IPAs. A bit high in abv for a session beer, but goes down like a sessionable beer.

Overall this is a decent IPA, worth seeking out.

Sampled at the brewery in the tasting room before a brewery tour today.

Go and get this one before it's out of season! Aroma and palate are full of big juicy citrus hops balanced nicely by caramel malts. Aftertaste of citrus hops is pleasantly long lasting.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Probably my favourite of the various Abita beers I tried on this trip. Bravo!
