A ~ I allowed this one to mellow at room temp upright after taking it out of the fridge to avoid another "explosion." Poured very well. Tiny tiny subtle bubbles. The color of cherry brandy with great clarity for a quad.
S ~ Woody and sweet. Smelling cherries, sugar, little bit of a cognac smell. Also a very fresh golden apple scent.
T ~ More Brandy and Apple flavors up front that fade into darker flavors (walnuts, figs, Plums, black cherry, and grapes) VERY grape-y. Bit of dry grass, which is a nice way to offset the sweet fruit flavors.
M ~ Dry with warmth but not too heavy. I have never experienced this before, but For some reason this particular quad reminded me of an suped up English Brown. Go figure.
D ~ Well, This isn't readily available anymore unless I buy out the rest of the stock at Corkscrew, but I probably won't do that. Too nutty and boozy. I kinda wish I had someone to help me finish the bomber. It's good but I'm just not that into it.
