I'll admit that this one is not for everyone off the bat....its pretty sweet, and with saying that I love it!
A-Ruby colored amber, very murky...minimal white heard, just light bubbles across the surface of the liquid, and a thin watery lace.
S-Ripe red fruits, big cherry and blackberry...as well as pear and raisin and plum too....fruity Belgian estery yeast. Light citrus and big alcohol. Caramel and sweet sweet sugar. Candy like.
T-Sweet sugar and caramel malts are the dominant flavors....big red fruit are huge in this one too. Again raisin plum, sweet cherry and a bit of grapefruit in the hops. Alcohol is covered by the sugar, and again this one is very sweet. actually beautiful.
M/D-Medium bodied, strong and sweet...I find it easy to drink at 10% b/c of the sweetness. This one I pick up when in the mood for a quad
