A- The beer pours a reddish-brown body. It is strongly carbonated. The head is thick and creamy; very good lacing.
S- I'm getting a lot of conflicting smells. The hops smell perfumed; I don't really know what to expect.
T- This beer has a light candy sugar flavor. I'm also getting caramel malts and some banana. The alcohol isn't hidden well at all.
M- The beer is thin bodied. Again, the alcohol is very present, which is kind of strange for such a light bodied beer.
D- I'm not even sure if I would call this beer a quadrupel. It doesn't seem to fit the style. It was a good beer, but I probably wouldn't try it again, or at least go to great lengths to seek this out.
