My new toy, a Beverage Air Bar mobile poured this out. It has a marvelous late sunset orange color and very bright. What a nose, I enjoyed just sniffing it for a few minutes as it warmed. By the way, as one would suspect as it warmed, the nose became more intense. One could definitely pick out the hop character -Magnum, Crystal, Centennial & Simcoe.
Head was a cream color with great retention and beautiful lace going down the pint walls as I sipped at it.
Mouthfeel was creamy and the amount of carbionation superb. I had it at 12psi.
Taste, well kind of like Victory Hop Wallop minus the grapefruit. It could have a touch more malt that in my opinion would round it out a bit more. Overall, but this beer.
