Poured from a 12 oz bottle into red wine glass.
A - Orange/amber with a slight haze. About a finger of white head rises and falls to a thin persistent cap. Some lacing.
S - Somewhat sweet. Honey and apples jump out immediately backed with nutty and mild toasted aromas. Faint spice hides in the corners with a bit of yeasty chalkiness. Aside from the honey/apple aroma everything is a bit subtle.
T - Honey comes on somewhat strong at first followed by some fruity and medicinal flavor; something like granny smith apples with grass clippings and chalk. Late palate yeilds light peppery and herbal spiciness with a touch of bitterness.
M - Light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Very refreshing with a certain crispness to it.
D - Karma is nothing remarkable or mindblowing, but it is pretty drinkable. Decent flavors going on even if somewhat restrained. A reasonable quaffer with some Belgian flare.

Pours a lively amber color with a nice white foam head that dissipates quickly. Leaves a decent amount of lacing around the edge.
Aroma leads with some grassiness and a bit of lemon zest, with a hint of orange. Floral hops. A little bit of roasted malts.
Unfortunately, there's not much going on in the taste. More of the grassiness from the aroma. Wheat. Sugary. Very subdued.
Mouthfeel is extremely thin and watery. Moderate amount of carbonation. Best thing I can say about this one is that it's refreshing.
Overall, A disappointing first experience from a brewery that I've heard good things about. I won't be giving up on Avery just because of this, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this beer.

This isn't going to be real inciteful. Not much I have to say about this beer. It was the only one on tap that I hadn't had, soooo.... Typical belgian yeast and crispness in the taste. A little bit of amber ale flavor. Tastes like a belgian version of New Belgium's Fat Tire. There you go.
