A- yellow-orange amber with a little chilll haze, topped by a good, thick, meringue-like lacing from the foam
S- I could smell the grapefruit as soon as I cracked this beer
T- grapefuity, a little caramel, but not too sweet juiciness, with a good bitter finish that lasts long after the beer is swallowed.
M- smooth with the perfect amount of carbonation
D- Alcohol well hidden behind the citrus flavors Really nice on a warm late summer afternoon
Updated review, 09-08-2010:
In a fresh sample, the biscuity malt and the citrusy hops interplay well leaving a well balanced beer with a strong honey-like floral qualities that melds well with fruity hops and bready malts. I updated my ratings to reflect new observations.

Poured from a 12oz. can into a Sam Adams pint glass
Flows into the glass a beautiful crystal-clear gold with lots of carbonation. A stiff pour yields a massive head, very foamy with big bubbles. It condenses fairly fast and leaves a a lot of lacing.
The aroma is quite nice. I get citrus, pine, a bit of rising bread, orange peel, grass and a hint of onion.
This beer tastes great. Layers of hop flavors. Juicy citrus up front, some pine and a nice lingering and spicy bitterness. As it warms, a little bit of grassiness and even a hint of onion. There's also some malty sweetness hiding in the background.
The mouthfeel is light to medium with a bit of stickiness.
overall, a really good IPA that I wish I could obtain on a regular basis.
