A: Nice golden color, though darker than many IPAs I've tried. A bit of foamy head on the top of the glass, but not too thick -- maybe a half inch or inch. Carbonation doesn't appear too heavy in the glass -- lots of tight, small bubbles in the beer itself.
S: Smells very slightly of citrus, but primarity the hops come through in the smell -- they hit the nose hard, but not at all unpleasently. If I didn't like hops, I wouldn't have picked this up!
T: Tastes smooth -- very smooth. Surprisingly smooth, in fact, given the hoppy smells -- I expected a sharper, more bitter taste. There is definitely some body to this beer; some creamy malt flavors in there with the hops. Maybe I picked up a slightly old bottle, but my main complaint is that, as balanced as the beer is, it still tastes a bit too bitter.
M: Strikes the front of my mouth very crisply and sharply, like I'd expect an IPA/APA to. As it rolls to the back of my throat, it gets more thick & creamy.
D: I could drink these all day; a nice light, but not too light, IPA -- with some good body to it as well! As others have commented, there's really not much to complain about with this beer -- it's a great IPA, all around! I'll definitely be drinking more of it!
