Appearance: Amber, dark tea colored. Rocky off-tan head with lacy retention.
Aroma: Hoppy. Sweet bready aromas blend with citrus and pine notes. Smells full, and bready.
Taste: Caramel sweetness, with a full body, leading to vegital hop bitterness, and a slight lingering finish. The hop bitterness leaves a slight tingle on the tongue. The mouthfeel is very nice and full. The carbonation seems good.
Notes: This beer could easily be a staple in my fridge. It's got a nice body, and an easy drinkablity. The flavors seem pretty balanced, and full of depth.
