A: The beer is slightly hazy golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that gradually died down but consistently left a pillow of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are light aromas of fruity yeast in the nose—apricots and peaches seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste has complex flavors of fruity yeast, notes of candi sugar and hints of earth yeast and peppery spices, the latter of which are most noticeable in the finish. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness throughout the taste.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the complex taste of this beer. Although this is a beer that you need to slowly sip, the alcohol isn't too noticeable in the taste.

Pours a bright golden orange that is pleasingly cloudy with a good one-inch beige head that is super creamy but eventually settles to a film. Okay retention; good sloppy lacing.
Orange creamsicle with a big yeast smell and spicy phenols.
Crisp and dry. Lots of bitter orange and a yeasty backbone. Some rich hop flavors rise at the end and take a while to leave you. All-in-all, very tasty.
Crisp and almost-chewy. Medium body and creamy carbonation.
I was not expecting much from a Belgian Style, but this is quite good. First, it is not filtered (like other "Belgian" beers I have had from Avery) and is quite nice to look at. Second the smell and taste are pretty in sync, giving a good profile of the yeast with a lot of good hops at the finish. The yeast gets a little chalky as you work your way through it, but other than that, it is quite good.
Would have again; worth trying if you're around it.
