Exceptional 2 finger head with great retention and a nice orange color.
Smell is of dank hops with a slight hint of grapefruit and pine, slight malt and a hint fruity esters.
Taste is of pretty harsh hops. Chinook and columbus in excess in this one IMO. I like the centennial aspects, but the dank hops and harshness of the flavor doesn't manifest itself into a big enough grapefruit citrus flavor that I expect.
Mouthfeel is crisp with a little underlying sweetness.
The hop schedule is fine, but it's less than ideal. I think that the hop schedule should bring out more citrus and less dank/harshness from the current hop selection. Not bad though.
