Typical DIPA appearance, with an ultra clear , pale golden body, and large and durable head consisting of rather gigantic bubbles. The smell of hops was apparent even before I tried to bring the glass close to my nose. The aroma was very piney and citric, as it should be for a DIPA. The taste was a showcase for the hops as the spicy, resinous, and citric qualities of the hops were apparent from the moment the beer passed the lips. The malts were in the background imparting a butterscotch hard candy like sweetness. The mouthfeel was very sticky and the resulting tongue coating made of a long lasting hop aftertaste. A hophead's wet dream, and the scantily clad Indian beauty on the label isn't half bad to look at either :)
