TestaPils is listed on their beer menu at 4.7% ABV, 34 IBU.

Served cold in a pint glass at the Avery Brewery. Golden yellow color with perfect clarity. The thin head settles quickly but leaves great lace all the way down the glass.

Aroma is spicy, hoppy, and wonderful. It's just like an uber pils should be.

Flavor is excellent too with more hops than a pils has any right to have. TestaPils still maintains good balance and would be a great summer seasonal (hint hint).

Mouthfeel is medium-light with just the right amount of carbonation. A very easy drinking beer for the casual hophead

Overall a great hoppy pilsner and one that could do very well as a limited bottled release.

Served on tap at Avery. Pours a brilliant golden straw with a nice beige head. Nose has old world malts followed by a bouquet of floral hops. Taste has a nice amount of hops as well. Pretty nice example of the style. Alot more hops than your average pilsener, but then again, most pisleners need more hops. Clean, crisp body is well carbonated. Refreshing brew.

Found this at their tap room. A 'German Pilsener' on the menu...with a hop kick.
Looks really nice. Clean light golden, with a good rich white head.
Aroma is a bit spicy, some hops and biscuit intermingling.
Flavor is light biscuit, sweet malt and floral hops. Not spicy or as crisp as a Czech Pilsner, a bit mixed with hops I think.
This is a darn good G. Pils. I recommend it at the tap room as a starter. Gives a nice finish, but becomes a bit stale as it warms.
