Undated 12 oz. can poured a clear, yellow-gold with a nice, foamy white-head that dissipated quckly leaving a lot of lacing on the pilsner flute.
This is quite an aromatic pilsner: strong, zesty lemony aroma burst from the can; very refreshing.
This is indeed a unique interpretation of a pilsner: the refreshing hop bitterness is almost abrasive on the palate with a nearly tropical fruit-like flavor. It is tasty but almost over the top. It is interesting as the first initial flavor hinted on the lips is rather sweet. The pilsner becomes a little more balanced as it warms in the glass.
The typical light bodied with thin mouthfeel for the style is evident. This also has a cleansing mouthfeel.
This hoppy, refreshing lager is ideal after some heavy eating at Thanksgiving, though I prefer the more traditional style.

Pours two fingers of head on a clear light straw colored body. Looks great.
The aroma is lemon with a little funk in the background. I'm not sure what that's about.
The taste is generally mild, some light to moderate lemon bitterness shows up midway through. The finish is shorter and a touch sweet with a dry bitter note at the very end.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Nice, not great though.
