Thanks to GRG1313 for gifting me this one.

Bottled 5/6/10.

Pours a murky dark orange with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with grain, wine, wood, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sweet and sour grain and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer that is super sour and tasty.

Beer is amber wtih a thin white head, no lacing, no retention.

Aroma is all wine with a little lactic sourness, a little succinic sharpness, and some oak...actually a lot of oak.

Beer is sort of like a sour wine, there are several in this series that just end up tasting like spoiled wine, this is one of them. I don't like, not a repeat.
